Currently, Made Again does not offer personal customizations for its jackets. As this is a one-woman operation, the focus is on delivering pre-designed collections with the highest quality. However, Made Again hopes to offer customization options in the future as the business grows. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to explore the range of available designs.
Returns for clothing are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Accessories are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or for dropping off items in person.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Items must be returned in their original and unworn condition.
The refund will be issued via e-transfer provided by the customer.
