Currently, Made Again does not offer personal customizations for its jackets. As this is a one-woman operation, the focus is on delivering pre-designed collections with the highest quality. Can I return an order?

Accepted Answer

Returns for clothing are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Accessories are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or for dropping off items in person.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Items must be returned in their original and unworn condition.
The refund will be issued via e-transfer provided by the customer.

 • Use a mild detergent. 
 • Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
 • Avoid washing too frequently to preserve the colour and fabric. If possible, spot-clean stains using a mild cleaner suitable for denim. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first.
 • Tumble on low in the dryer, lay the jacket flat, or hang it to dry.

After washing your denim jacket, you might notice some frayed edges due to the nature of recycled denim. These minor imperfections are part of the unique character and charm of your jacket. Feel free to trim any long edges or threads to maintain your desired look.
